Charge 3 screen corrupted

Suddenly my fitbit charge 3 have developed several black lines all over the screen, I have restsrted the fitbit etc as advised but it's still showing these issues. I have never had it in water so that's why I am so surprised and sad about this. I bought it secondhand this spring and this fitbit is not even 1 year old! What should I do? 😞
