Suddenly for no reason this morning while walking Charge 3 stated this unusual activity.
I found a few articles on this by a fitbit moderator, and have tried the following:
8 second restart
15 second restart
Turn off GPS in all activity apps and restart from device settings under about.
Tried changing the clock face that had no effect so changed clock face back.
Also synced the device between each of the above steps.
Have read the threads involved and it seems they all resulted in a moderator having someone reach out to repeat these steps before sending a replacement.
Could a moderator reach out to me to start this process?
