Charge 3 screen flickering

 My Charge 3 flickers between the smiley face, the screen with "Screen Wake" and "Notifications" and the clock (though incorrect time). It vibrates constantly.I've connected to the charger and attempted the hard reboot, but to no luck. I've also deleted and and reloaded the app on my iphone but it hasn't helped Thank you for any help!

My Charge 3 started displaying the same symptoms yesterday afternoon - constant intermittent vibrating and display rapidly flipping between screens - unusable in this state. I’ve tried the user steps also. 

Would you raise a support ticket on my behalf also to resolve this issue please.
