My Fitbit Charge 3 is stuck on the screen which shows distance and calories burned. The clock is keeping correct time, and the distance does change as I walk, but tapping does not change the screen to show steps, etc. Swiping doesn't work either.

I would possibly suggest restarting your Charge 3, as explained in the sidebar on the main screen labeled "Restarting Charge 3"
