Hello community, I have a problem with my Charge 3 - a few days ago I noticed that the screen is kind of dimmed, I tried to change the settings / normal, auto, dimmed, same result.
I noticed (see photos) that only the bottom side of the screen is working OK and a small part (not really visible in the photo) of the top side of the screen is working. The touch controls work OK, also, the device is connected with the iPhone app and logs the steps and activity.
I tried this for now: changed the face of the clock, restart, long restart, changed the clock face again, not working. Can you help me more with this problem?

Fitbit says it is a software problem. They do not have a fix for it, and they do not have a timeline for a fix, and they will not give you a new one.

Any news or updates? The screen is not showing anything and a month passed since I posted here and no software updates or something? Can someone post a link to a discussion or article that discusses my problem?
My Charge 3 screen started to fail and dimmed it’s light and after that it was gone all black, the tracker works and I can follow my steps and anything but only via the iPhone app...
Any solutions?

I do not think the users really have patience or understanding, you have given us no choice. Fitbit has been trying to fix this for over a month (possibly much longer than that). There is a new forum post on this problem at least once a day. It is obvious that the Charge 3 has a serious manufacturing defect with their screens.
At what point will FitBit start offering some sort of compensation to the hundreds of users impact by this screen problem, either through a replacement device (actually following through on your warranty), a refund, or a substantial discount on a different device that actually works?

True that, I didn’t used my Charge 3 since December 2019, there is a serious problem with the device and there is no one to blame...
They should fix this bug extremely fast or replace our device or give us something that can make us feel ok for our value of money...

Can someone help me with some answers, my Charge 3 screen is not working since late December 2019, now is March 2020, any help?
This is not my fault that the screen does not work anymore and I paid money for this gadget thet I can partially use... can somebody give me my money back or give me another working device? My patience is over with Fitbit...

Are there any news/updates on this issue? I didn’t use my Charge 3 since december 2019, it’s the middle of April 2020 and my Charge 3 is still with no screen?
Can someone resolve this problem or give me another one that is working?
I’m really dissapointed with this product!
