The screen on my charge 3 seems to be going out! I have restarted it several times and that did nothing. It has thick white stripes doing down it and its hard to see underneath them. It looks almost like static..like an old black and white TV with bad reception. Not sure how else to describe it. Its looks terrible. Any idea's on what's going on? Yes the battery is charged.

I've changed the clock face and that didn't work. I guess I did the short restart. Won't have access to my charger for a couple more hours to try a long restart. Will let you know how that goes.

My charge 3 started having the same issues yesterday also. I tried the long reset and screen is still the same with the long white lines on the screen.

I just went through and updated my clock face and it still has the lines going through the screen.

Best AnswerI don’t know that you can replace the screen. I was offered a newer Fitbit at a discount but for the same price I got a Versa Lite.
