Hi guys so my screen showed some white lines then went completely black. I have been through many forums now and it seems to be a quite common thing to happen. I have tried all the reset options with no luck and since this seems to be a common issue around the time of just being out of warranty I wondered if I should go to the press and see if they would investigate. I'm sure like myself no one wants to spend a good amount of money on a well known brand for the watch to break not long after a year.what you guys think?

Hi @Julz1989, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 shows white lines and it went black. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved.
I would like to know if your tracker vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Charge 3 for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life without showing the white lines.
Looking forward to your response.

Hi Juan so my Fitbit doesn't vibrate when I plug it in to charger and I have tried putting it on charge but nothing happens as it is fully charged the heart rate monitor is still working so it is definitely just the screen.

My one has done the same thing, making all the noise and vibrations but no screen and I tried everything they said.

I haven't even got vibrations but the back is working the heart rate and sleeping. How long have you had yours?

My is doing all but the screen, and will be 2 years this month, definitely not worth the money if they won't fit it, i see another of people have similar problems.

I don't think they built them to last long as I have seen so many posts about the same thing and it's not fair as they are expensive watches not cheap.
