My charge 3 is stuck on the screen and I can’t press anything like active minutes, heart rate. It syncs and shows the time etc and whatever it’s stuck on. But does not let me see anything else.

Hi @SarahR_, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen got frozen. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
