I have a Charge 3 that will not charge. I’ve tried cleaning the back and charging pins according to the instructions on the website. I’ve also tried resetting it by depressing the button for 15 seconds while it is in the charging cradle. The green light on the back of it is off, so I suspect it has no charge. How may I revive it?

Hello, I have been experiencing the same issue. My Fitbit wasn’t holding charge for more than a day for the last week and then it died and won’t turn on. I left it plugged in for a full day but it still won’t turn on. I cleaned the charger and also tried resetting but it didn’t help. The app won’t connect. Please help, further assistance is appreciated.
