Charge 3 screen has black lines

my charge 3 is only a couple years old and the pixels are already going out. I have black lines on the top and middle of my screen. Never had any problems with my charge 2 and had it for over 3 years. Is there anything that can be done besides buying a new one? I really don't want to spend money on an upgrade if the quality continues to decrease.
