Hi, my Charge 3 screen has gone really dim even though the settings are to normal. The same issue has happened with my other halfs too. I cant figure a way to sort it. I phoned Fitbit and spoke to a guy and he said reset it I have plugged it into the charger and done that and hasn't helped and cant figure how to do a software update from my phone it's really annoying me 😞
