What a disappointment. This is my second Fitbit. I had the Charge 2 and it worked fine and only replaced it because it did not track swimming. I have the 3 for about 6 months and have a had a few issues with screen responsiveness. Last night it went totally wonky with the watch vibrating and the screen flashing on and off. I’ve tried all the recommendations on this platform to fix but nothing works. How to I arrange to return the device and get a replacement device. Thanks

I am having the same problem. I purchased it at Sams on Oct 29, 2019. Did you get a responses as to how to return or how to fix the problem?

I am on my third Charge 3 in just over a year. My third one is now failing. The screen is 90% gone.
Had no reply from Fitbit.
