What a disappointment. This is my second Fitbit. I had the Charge 2 and it worked fine and only replaced it because it did not track swimming. I have the 3 for about 6 months and have a had a few issues with screen responsiveness. Last night it went totally wonky with the watch vibrating and the screen flashing on and off. I’ve tried all the recommendations on this platform to fix but nothing works. How to I arrange to return the device and get a replacement device. Thanks
