Hi, I've had my fitbit 3 a year now and today when I went to charge it the screen went all fuzzy and has lines a cross it. I did a short reboot and nothing changed. I've changed the clock face and nothing changed. I've gone to do a long reboot and it gets as far as putting a line a cross the screen and then freezes. What can I do??

I’ve had this problem 3 times with my daughters Fitbit and once with mine...I suggest you go online and use the instant chat with fit bit to report this,they will then offer you a replacement or a 50% voucher for a new Fitbit device
