Charge 3 screen in blank

Despite trying to restart my charge 3 many times  and changing my clock face, my screen is still blank though the device is working. Also have checked permissions needed. Really have run out of ideas.

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3's display isn't working. Thank you for taking the time to restart your tracker and for changing the clock face too.

If the restart doesn't work and the display is still not turning on, please take a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? And make sure your Charge 3 is properly charging. You can sync your Fitbit and check the battery information on the Fitbit app.

Same happened to me. Lost all data for that day. Seems to be working now, just no sleep, health metrics
