I have read all the previous posts about this topic and have done both the soft and hard resets several times and also attempted to change the face. It still vibrates and it is still tracking my steps when I wear it (I can tell by looking at the app.). I can’t seem to locate a customer service number to call. Can someone from customer service contact me? This is really frustrating!!
