I just bought mine on 10/9 and right out of the box, it won't charge. I have tried 3 different charging portals (on my computer and two wall plug ins). Nothing. I can see from other reviews that this is a common problem. My question is, do I return it to FitBit or to the store that I purchased it from?

Hi @springt1245 the fastest thing to do is to exchange it from the store where it was purchased. Returning to Fitbit takes longer due to getting authorization and having it arrive at the warehouse. Depending on where you live, the way it's shipped seems to take longer, too.
