The screen on my fitbit is blank.  I have followed advice from others by trying to restart and changing the clock face but it still won't work.  Now it won't even sync.

I have the same issue, except that I am unable to even try changing the clockface because the Charge 3 was a gift from a family member who has upgraded, so although setup finds the fitbit and connects to my iPhone6s, I can not complete pairing as there are no numbers visible on the fitbit display. trying to do a long restart has no effect. The tracker does vibrate, and the green led at the back does illuminate so I would assume it is fully charged, after a week on the charging stand.

I have tried the fixes too. When to the chat and told them what I had done....and they told me to do what I had just said I had done. I then asked if they were a real person my chat was ended

Long restart:
Connect the device to the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
The device turns on and shows a battery icon.
The device turns off.
The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur.

As per my earlier comment, I have already tried that to no effect. I am unable to follow it exactly because I only have a stand charger which covers the inductive button, but since the device is fully charged, I can't see what difference that makes.

My Charge 3 screen hasn't worked in over a year, nothing rectifies this.  I still use it & it syncs. Today it told me I was asleep when I know I was awake. I've had enough. I was so excited to receive this gift 2years ago but frankly I now believe it's total rubbish and always was.
