My charge 3 screen is now blank. I've tried all the fixes on the forums and the Internet, nothing changes. Help please!

Something must have happened on Fitbits side of things. My charge 2 stopped working last night into this morning and my partners charge 5 stopped working around the same time. Blank screen and won’t turn on.

The same happened to my Charge 2 on saturday. It was low on battery (10%) so I put it in the charger as normal. The next morning the screen was black, and it will not come on whatever I try. But the green lights on the back for pulseregistration is blinking as normal.....

Thank you for providing the details regarding the inconvenience with the screen on your devices and thank you for trying to fix it on your own.
If you haven't done so yet, please restart the device as suggested in this article.
In addition, try to sync it. If in any case you have difficulties doing it, follow the tips listed here.
Please, change the clock face of the device as indicated in this help article.

I've tried everything too last year.. was told it was a defect somewhere else online . Thought I would try again, but looks like we got paperweights now.
