I bought a charge 3 off ebay but the screen is broken. It connects to the app but I can't pair it as it needs a code. What should I do?

Hi @Tashie49  check with ebay. These devices can't be repaired. Unless the screen can show the code, it's not going to pair, so go to the seller. If the seller said the Charge 3 was working and in good shape or showed pictures of a perfect screen, then go directly to eBay for a resolution. I had to do that when a phone came that the seller said would work and it wouldn't. Ebay made them refund my money.
