Charge 3 screen is corrupted

My Charge 3 screen is corrupted, I have done the reset, several times and it's still buggered. I'm sick of Fitbit being faulty. Is this so we buy a new one? I have had 2 Zip, a HR and a Charge 3 totally unacceptable, all of them faulty.
