Charge 3 screen is dim

It was the same with the Charge 3 and there's no solution to this known problem. I'm changing mine to a Xiomi which my wife has.

there's obviously no solution offered by Fitbit to this known problem. I wish I'd checked online feedback before buying it. My Charge 2 is so much brighter than the charge 3.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the Charge 3 and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. This isn't the type of experience that we want you to have and please know that your feedback won't be taken for granted as it'll help us to improve our devices, services and overall environment. Because your posts didn't mention, may I know if you have tried adjusting the brightness settings? Open the Settings app on your tracker, scroll down and change the screen's brightness. If this doesn't help, please restart your tracker to refresh its performance and let me know how it goes.

 

By the way, I've moved your post to the Other Charge Trackers board so you can have more chances to receive help from the Community.

I tried everything, but on reading around the Internet it's clear this dim screen is absolutely standard. The buckle has ripped through the rubber strap so I planned to get a Charge 4 but having read the brightness issues have decided not to.Regards Ian Betts
