It was the same with the Charge 3 and there's no solution to this known problem. I'm changing mine to a Xiomi which my wife has.

there's obviously no solution offered by Fitbit to this known problem. I wish I'd checked online feedback before buying it. My Charge 2 is so much brighter than the charge 3.

This isn't the type of experience that we want you to have and please know that your feedback won't be taken for granted as it'll help us to improve our devices, services and overall environment. Because your posts didn't mention, may I know if you have tried adjusting the brightness settings? Open the Settings app on your tracker, scroll down and change the screen's brightness. If this doesn't help, please restart your tracker to refresh its performance and let me know how it goes.
