Hi, my charge 3 literally just froze about 5 mins ago and the screen has gone dark and the screen is frozen. Now it's letting me see notifications but still nothing else.
Help!

Hi @0920_2020, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen got frozen and it only lets you to see your notifications.
Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
