Charge 3 screen is glitching

My charge 3 was in the charger earlier today. When I went to unhook it and put it on the screen was frozen on the horizontal line. After trying to reboot 3 times the 🙂 came on. Then it started switching between the Home Screen and the dnd/sleep/ screen, vibrating with each change. The Home Screen is divided.
