Good morning!   I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app.  This finally allows me to see the Dashboard again although it won't bond (but it never has!).  Then I did a restart on my Fitbit.   And nope, it did not help at all.  When sitting in the charging dock, it flashes the screen I took a copy of and vibrates off and on.  So...nothing has changed.  But at least I can see my stats as it is working to do that.  But I can't read the screen when I am outside.  This is my 4th Fitbit in 6 years and I live in Costa Rica.  All my Fitbits have had problems causing me to have to upgrade over the years.  Is it worth it to try Customer Support "again"?

After 5 or 6 years of Fitbits, getting replacements, upgrading when the current one fails and more money every replacement and necessary upgrade (4 or 5 different Fitbits in total), I have made the decision to move on to a Samsung Active 3.  My daughter who has been a Fitbit user for even longer is on her 6th replacement (a Versa this time) and the charger no longer works.   She is now contemplating an Apple replacement.  Good luck to all you Fitbit users and hoping you have better luck and spend less money that the two of us combined.  I estimate approximately $1,200 to $1,500.
