So as you can see, the screen isn't broken. I tried the reset where you hold the power button for 15 seconds and it's shows a smile then goes back to been blank. I am thinking of letting the battery drain seeing if that fixes it, any other ideas? I am honestly getting sick of Fitbit and their software issues.

@SovietVodka901 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try letting the battery to drain completely, as you mentioned. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
