Hi there! I have a problem in my screen. It started with 2 lines across and now I have 4. Also when I am outside I can´t see the information on the screen, it seems like the brightness is too weak. Already tried the long restart and changed the clock face but the problem is still here.IMG_8595.jpg

Can you please help? Thanks in advance!

Hi there @Joana_Carvalho, it's nice to see you around the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3's screen has developed white lines and also that the brightness seems to be too weak. Thanks for the photo attached in your post.
