Hi,

 

my fitbit charge 3 stopping using it since Feb 2019. and i turned it on successfully recently with the charging cable under the reset mode. 

 

it does turn it on again. BUT, the screen is super slow to be on and then off by itself directly in the main page. the watch just keep like this.

it seems no respond for touching also. 

 

my fitbit is dead? anyone can help?
