Charge 3 screen keeps freezing

My Charge 3 keeps freezing. The face will light up when I look at it but none of the swiping methods (left/up/down) will not respond. If I try and go to the settings (long side button hold) It vibrates but the screen doesn't change. It is still syncing with time and steps but I can no longer use any of the workout tracking features. 

I have tried the quick reset. The long reset, where the smiley face appears. I've unpaired it from my phone and fitbit apps and re-paired. I've also changed the clock face. None of this works separately or together. Please help as I spent at least 2 hours combing every website possible to try and fix this issue.
