Hi, I have read a few older posts about charge 3 screens having black lines running through and people have suggested it could be dead pixels? I have only had my fitbit 6 months and 2 black lines have appeared in the last week or so. What is the best way of getting this solved as now it is sometimes hard to make out the numbers.

This happened to me too and it only got worse! I took the first one back to the shop it was brought from and they replaced it under the warranty! When it happens again after 4 months I contacted fitbit directly via Facebook and they replaced it for me no problems! We'll see how this ones goes!

My fitbit was still in warranty when it became disabled.I received my new fitbit and I can't setup with the address provided. What should I do?

Mine was also a gift, luckily my mum found the email! If not then message fitbit directly, they can see when it was activated!
