My charge 3 screen seems to be locked. It will charge and sync, but only the clock face will show. Does not change to see heart rate or receive text messages. Any suggestions?

Mine is doing the same thing! Is there a reset somewhere?

Mine is doing the same thing, started yesterday. Like it's stuck on the clock face, even when charging.

I am having the same issue. I have had an issue in the past with a blank screen and was told to attach to the charger to reset....I think that is ridiculous, there is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed . I am going to try to restart now.

Your solution of plugging in and holding the button for about 8 seconds worked. It changed to a progress line which got stuck. I had to do it again and the smiley face appeared. Thanks.

I recently received a new charge 3 free of charge from fitbit because it wouldn't charge. New one worked fine until today (only a month or so out). Now the screen is locked on time face. It won't charge and my app is telling me to connect to the internet (which I'm already connected to).
Thoughts?

Mine also. Holding side button while in charge dock took it out of Clock only face.
FITBIT needs to explain why or fix it.
