Charge 3 screen no longer responding

Hi - the screen on my Charge 3 no longer responds when I press the side button.  The button still vibrates and the green LEDs on the back are still flashing.  I have tried, charging, changing the clock face and a long reset after consulting community posts about similar issues. But non of these fixes have worked - all other functions are working normally - charging, tracking steps, activity and sleep and syncing.  However, I can no longer see the time or access any of the device menu functions which is extremely frustrating.  Are there any other solutions I can try?

Hello @mikamola, it's great to see you around! Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps that you've followed prior to posting!

I'm very sorry for the experience! For screen inconveniences, my recommendation would be visiting this thread but since you have already restarted it and you followed some extra steps, the best way to get help is to contact our Support Team. You can click through the link on the thread above or please click here to get connected.

Hope this helps!

Hi - @WilsonFitbit thanks for the reply. I've been trying to get support via Live Chat for the last few days but there is never a representative available which is rather frustrating.  I created this post because I couldn't get a response via the support channels

@mikamola I appreciate your understanding but at this moment, I’ve reached the limits of what I can do for you here on the public community forums. Please note that you can also reach out to our Support Team over the phone during operation hours. If this is still not possible for you, please let me know.

Have a great day!
