This Fitbit Charge 3 that I have is not responding. I was wearing it and I went to look at the time, and the screen was just black. The screen is completely black, but I know it's on because there is a flashing green light at the bottom and when I plug it in to charge it vibrates. Everything is on, but the screen is completely black. I've tried pressing and holding the button on the side while it's plugged in, but that doesn't work either. Any advice as to what I should do?

I had a service chat with Fitbit. I detailed all my efforts to sync my Charge 3. They said this is a Microsoft issue so they had me submit the details through Microsoft’s Feedback Hub. Basically I am to wait until Microsoft provides a patch.
I don’t think this is true. My Charge 3 won’t sync with Android any longer as of 2 days ago. My guess is that my Charge 3 has simply failed. It can’t pair to any device using Bluetooth. I’ve owned my Charge 3 for about 1.6 years. Disappointing for sure.

I’ve had the same problem the last 3 days and couple of days before the battery wasn’t charging fully even left over night to charge , I’ve tried all the recommendations and no joy so disappointed ☹️

My Charge 3 battery appears to be fully charged and I'm getting the smiley-face on the screen but still I don't have a bluetooth sync so the clock is way off the correct time. Without sync I have no record of the exercise I've been getting lately.

My Charge 3 screen went black at the end of my run this morning. The green light is flashing, but the reset steps aren't working. When I connect to the charge cord it doesn't vibrate and I cannot reset. It also will not link to my phone. Please help.

Hi there,
I followed all the steps. No vibration etc either. My app doesn’t recognize the device. Nothing works. I bought my charge 3 in March so it’s relatively new.

Tried this. I get one long-is vibration followed by a smiley face then nothing. Followed the advice to unplug and plug in again as below, still nothing.

I have had mine for 1.5 yrs. 3 days ago the display screen went black. The app no longer can synchronize because it says it cannot find the Fitbit.

Hello, My Charge 3 Screen is blank. I have tried the fixes listed ie - change clock face, connect to charger and hold button. But still nothing. When I connect to the charger the fitbit vibrates but the battery icon is not visible. The app is still working tracking everything but the screen is blank. Please can you advise. My fitbit was a gift, and I started using at the beginning of February.

I had was to return it. I'm now trying to set up the replacement and having a hard time with the Associate, so I'll wait until the regular working hrs.😥

For a 100bucks plus tax I think I'm going to buy something else. I cant be spending 1/2 of my exercise time to be flipping screen!
