Hi.
My charge 3 suddenly stopped responding and I got a blank screen.
I then got the smiley face.
Then the 001 error, now there is one white line horizontal through the screen.
And it randomly vibrates but no change in the screen and the lights at the back haven't been on.
I've tried all the resets etc etc and nothing is working
Can anyone please advise?
