Charge 3 screen not working

My screen is blank. I have tried to reset it by putting it in the charger and holding the button in for 15 seconds and then removing it as advised on the forum. However I still do not get a smiley face.

Hi, i did the same but only difference is i got the smiley but after that its disappeared.

Anyone here know how to fix this?
