Charge 3 screen not working

My screen is black on my charge 3. I looked and tried to change the clock face, did the 8 second restart thing and the 15 second restart and it's still not working. It was synced up to june 20 ( still counting steps) but now it wont. Also does vibrate when I click the side button.

I have the same problem.  I've synced and my fitbit is fully charged, but blank screen.  Vibrates when I hold the side button, nothing appears.  Frustrating, my fitbit is just a little over 2 years old!

This affect mine as well,  Tried to restart it and nothing.  I even tried letting the battery full discharge to force a reboot hoping that would help.

 

Mine is still counting steps and such but no display.  Mine is less than a year old as my original was replaced under warranty after 7 months.  I got my original charge 3 in Dec of 2019.
