Charge 3 screen not working

I looked at my screen earlier and it looked like TV static and the app said the battery was low. 

It's now charged to 100% and syncs with the app, even let's me change the clock facing (I can tell because the fitbit vibrates) but the screen is completely dark. 

I've tried restarting it loads of times and nothing is working to bring the screen back. 

The fitbit is 7/8 months old and I can't understand why it's not responding. Please help.

Having tried the restart already it seems contacting customer support is your next step. They can check your warranty status and advise on your next steps.
