Charge 3 screen response delay

In the past few days, I noticed my Charge 3 was lagging: delay when turning my wrist, and delay when tapping the screen to switch displays on change between floors, heart rate, date etc. I have tried restarting the device, and this usually corrects the problem for a few minutes but the delays eventually come back. Furthermore, as the day progresses, the screen is now unresponsive to tapping... Is this a known issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hi there @HelenLang, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3's screen has stopped working, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for troubleshooting your tracker prior to posting here. 

I've seen you got in touch with our Support Team after posting here and they already helped you your Charge 3's screen issue.
