Charge 3 screen stopped working

I'm having the same issues with my charge 3 display... its garbled. Ive contacted fitbit and done hard restarts with no success.   This watch is not even 6 months old.   Disappointed to say the least.   Othing I've tried has helped Pls help...before it becomes an expensive paper weight

Hi @JennieB-9492  you need customer support if you're under warranty. What did they say?
