My charge 3 brightness is too dim .
I went on setting and tried the different setting ,Auto , normal and dim. It seems a bit better on the normal setting however only when its dark . During the day, outside is very hard to see the brightness is dim to black!
any suggestions.
Thank you.

I have the same problem and couldn't even see the screen to set an alarm or tell what time it was. But couldn't solve the problem

From clock face, swipe left until get to 'Settings'; tap that; at the top is 'Brightness': dim, normal, or auto.

I'm having the same problem, screen is extremely dim, can't read it when outside in daylight. Screen brightness set to normal, tried soft reset but no success. Thinking it may be time for another brand of fitness tracker as this seems to be a common problem with other Fitbit 3 users.

Have tried that. The best Brightness I can get is 'auto' but that is still unreadable in anything like average normal sunny day.
Will a reset help?

Glad its just not me that cannot read the screen on Charge 3. Needs another setting - I'd suggest 'BRIGHT'
