Hi,
As many people, my screen is becoming so dim that I cannot read it in daylight. I have contacted support from fitbit who proposes a discount on a new purchase. This is of course not OK for me. It looks like planned obsolescence or a factory problem. So I am not at fault and this does not seem sustainable at all.
Is there a possibility to think a bit sustainable and make a repair? Screen replacement?
Best regards,
François

Hello EdsonFitbit,
Thanks a lot for the answer. Two additional questions:
i) Regarding warranty, is there something preventing you to sell a device that stops working after two years?
ii) Regarding your comment "Currently, there are no reparation centers to fix Fitbit products. Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services. Your feedback is highly appreciated.". How long is Fibit existing? You "constantly" work to improve services. So why no reparation centers? This seems clearly contradictory. Especially in this case, the reparation seems relatively simple
I hope Fitbit will start to think a bit sustainable in the future. I am sure it could be profitable as well.
Have a nice day
