For some time now my charge 3 screen is too dim. I have reset it. I have changed the brightness but I can only see it if I go in to a dark room and even then it’s not very bright.
I am aware that several other people have the same issue but nothing is done to fix it,

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Walkabout2. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 3 screen is too dim and thank you for letting us know that you have reset it and changed the brightness.
I understand how frustrating this could be and recommend trying the long restart:
See you around.

My Charge 3 screen is now black I have tried the reset as described by support and nothing. I have to go to the app to see what I have done or get my results. Nothing can be read no vibration does this mean a new charge needs to be purchased.

I get a vibration on mine but can’t read it as it’s far too dim. If I hide myself in a dark room I can just about read the time. Useless watch and so disappointed.

Yes, I had already tried that and no change.
Very disappointed. Didn’t expect for my watch to give up so quickly.

Hi, @Walkabout2 have you check the settings app to see if it has accidentally gone into dim mode? On your Charge 3 find the settings app and then click on brightness (you will probably have to do this in a dark room!) Check to see if it is on dim (sounds likely) . Tap to set the brightness level.
I hope this helps!

Yes. That was the first thing I did. I have tried everything. Seems as through there are lots of people with the same problem that can’t be rectified. Clearly a fault where there is no fix.
Time to move on and find another watch which sadly won’t be Fitbit. I really can’t recommend this watch to anyone. Very Very disappointed.

Just go to settings/brightness and select brightness you want Dim/Normal/Auto. It defaults to dim.
