Charge 3 screen too dim

I have the "DIM SCREEN" set to OFF and Sleep off, but I still cannot see or read the screen when outside...and it's not even very sunny.

Hi @LJMangold as these devices get older, it's harder to read them, even without bright sun. They aren't made to last forever. My Alta HR became dim and I needed to replace it.

It makes sense that they’re not made forever - but one may expect for a watch to last more than 4 years…

Having the same problem. Hard to read inside my house unless I go to a dark space. Ridiculous! Will look at other options when I replace!!
