Can anyone walk me through how to change the brightness level on my charge 3!
I know I have to do it on my screen but my screen is so dim I cannot see the words to find “settings”
I just got this one off marketplace and am not familiar with it
i see there is a history of people mentioning dim screeen as an issue.
maybe it’s not corrrectable

Hello @Justjosmith and welcome to the Community. If this is a used Fitbit, and I suspect it is, you can't fix this problem. You should demand a refund from the seller. Dispute the credit card charge with your bank, if necessary. Report the seller on the marketplace site for selling a broken product.

I have the same problem. It’s so dim I can’t see to change it I wear it for its tracking etc but useless as a watch or to see anything. I’ve kind of given up.

Mine 2. It links to my phone but more fun if you can see its screen. It’s quite new too
