Charge 2 not completing the update

Does anyone know why I can't update my charge 2 Fitbit watch??

Thanks for sharing your situation with us, I'd like to recommend some steps to get it resolved:  

  1. Restart your phone and Charge 2: A simple restart can often resolve temporary glitches. Turn off your phone and Charge 2, then wait a few seconds before turning them back on.
  2. Still not working? Set up your device again: From the top-left corner in the Fitbit app, choose "Set up more devices" and follow the on-screen instructions. The update should be done automatically.

I have the same problem - I've gone through a bunch of "fixes" that I've found, followed all the steps. Charge 2 is still stuck on setup screen and app can't connect to device to update the firmware. Any other suggestions?

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. Since you have already tried some troubleshooting steps, I suggest trying to set up your Fitbit device again on a different phone or tablet as a last resort.

I have the same problem.  I have Factory reset several times and I still have the same problem. I have restarted my phone, tried updating several more times but still shows Firmware 22.22.55.2.   A few times pone displys Update complete but it never did.

Girlfriend has same Tracker Charge 2 and her's updated fine to 22.22.58.

Is there anyway I can try to up date my Tracker while plugged in to a PC, running Windows 10?

Notifications is also not working. I did turn Notifications ON for Text and Tracker Notifications is turned on.
