Charge 3 screen very dim

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

I've been reading other's complaints about the Charge 3 screen being too dim and mine is too. I can't read it outdoors at all and can barely and sometimes not read it indoors either. This is very frustrating and feels like a useless tracker at this point. I've tried resetting, long reset, rebooting, etc. with no change. It seems like the dim screen is only getting dimmer. Is there any fix to this issue? Thank you.

I am having the same issue: my display is getting more and more faint/dim. I can't read it, especially the messages. What is going on? My spouse just got a Charge 4 and it's much much brighter. Help!

Mine was like that when I received it. I found a setting to increase the brightness. I don't remember where it was, but I bet you can find it in Settings. Probably they ship it at minimum brightness because that extends battery life. (Now that mine is on normal brightness, I have no problem at all indoors, but I still can see it outdoors only if I'm in shade. I don't want to put mine at max brightness because of the impact on battery life.)
