Just got this, does the display stay on or do you have to push button all the time?

Hi @Myla1 Welcome tonthe Fitbit family. The screen of the Charge does not stay on. To view the screen, either press the button, double tap the screen of use auto screen wake where the screen turns on as you raise your wrist to look at it. I find this the easiest way to use mine. To turn it on, on the Charge 3 press and hold the button and the side (you may need to swipe to the left if the fitbit pay screen comes up) then turn the screen wake from manual to auto.
Please co,e backmif you are still having problems.

No matter what I do my Charge 3 will not Wake when I raise my wrist. The feature is enabled. I tried disabling and then re-enabling, no luck.
UPDATE: So the issue with my fitbit is that I wear it on the inside of my wrist, not the outside/top of my wrist, like most due... I figured out if I raise my arm as if i want to look at the outside/top of my wrist, then flip my wrist to the inside/back of my wrist, the screen (usually) comes on.
**Note, shaking your arm won't work. The Fitbit is looking for "gyro" motion (I think), like what happens when you rotate your wrist up/down.
Best AnswerAuto wake has stopped working in the last day or so. I have looked at settings but I can't find auto wake
Haha I have found it now
