Since I updated mine the screen went black

Hi @RosarioPs, welcome to the Community Forums.

Before anything else, may I know if feel a vibration when pressing the side button? If you do, I'd recommend to change the clock face and restarting your tracker to refresh its performance. Then monitor its behavior and let me know how it goes.

By the way, I've moved your post to the Other Charge Trackers so you can have more chances to receive help from the Community.
