Charge 3 screen went blank

My screen went blank. I followed the instructions and tried a restart. Now I have a white line across the screen. It’s still syncing to my phone but I can’t see the screen.  HELP ME. Haha please

Hello there @Kellywij, welcome to the Community Forums.

Since the restart didn't work, but your Charge 3 is still syncing, please change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
