Charge 3 screen won't respond

My charge 3 is not showing anything on the screen but it is still vibrating upon pressing the button at the side. I tried the troubleshooting method of restarting and changing clock faces however to no avail. Please advise on what to do.

I would attempt restarting a couple of times, or contact Customer Support if that doesn't work.

I am having the same issue with my Charge 3. I get no battery symbol when attaching to charger. I get the happy face after holding down button for about 10 seconds while on the charger - then nothing after - whether on or off the charger. Get a vibration when depressing button again - but no display and no green lights flickering on back side. Have got thru reset steps perhaps a dozen times over last couple of weeks.

 

Have had it since March 2019 - first time this has happened. Any help would be appreciated!
